Well Happy New Year! I hope that whatever 2012 was for you, 2013 will be better! If you are looking for the Christmas Kit - it's the next post down.
The Blog train is back on and the theme for this month was Winter Wonders. Do you all have Yankee Candles? I'm in love with them – they make my house smell so good-even when I haven't cleaned . This winter they had a favorite things (you know the song from the sound of Music) and I fell in love with a candle called "Blue Satin Sashes"! This combined with the color swatch for this blog inspired me to create a kit based on the song. Hope you enjoy it! Don't forget there's lots of stops on this great train – so get comfy! I'll post the lyrics at the end for those interested. It's a great happy song to start the New Year with!

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens

Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings

Free Christmas Kit

Well, as the old saying goes "better late than never". I actually had the kit done before Christmas and then with the hustle and bustle I just couldn't get it completed, previewed and posted! I'm hoping you're all still celebrating and having company like me and you haven't had a chance to scrap all those photos yet!

Black Friday Freebie!

September 2012 Blog Train

I just love the colors this month- such fun to work with. The theme was inspire me – things that inspire us when we design. For me that would be nature, art and any type of ephemera. The first thing that came to mind was collage – so I hope you like it – collage papers and elements. Enjoy!

Well I hope you're all having a safe and fun summer so far. It's times like this when I'm really glad I live on a lake!
I really love the theme and color for this month! Having raised 3 boys and now having only grandsons I really like the muted, boy themed kits the best. The theme was camp and I stuck to fishing as there are three of my boys that really love fishing and would make it their vocation if they could! Hope you have some fishermen in your family and have some fun with the kit! Solids not shown are included.
